The apartment is nearly 100 square meters in size, offering generous space to relax and truly feel at home. There are two large balconies: one opens from the living room and the other from the twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cabin. The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV with numerous channels and streaming platforms, as well as a hi-fi sound system for an enjoyable entertainment experience. In addition, the living room is designed as a comfortable and welcoming shared space. It features a cosy sofa, a small coffee table, and a round dining table for four people. The living area is arranged in an open-plan layout together with the kitchen, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere where guests can cook, dine, relax, and spend quality time together in one connected space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, blender, capsule coffee machine, and all essential cookware, plates, glasses, mugs, and cutlery for everyday convenience.

Casa Joepapa comfortably accommodates up to four (4) guests, which is also the maximum capacity according to our official tourism license. The apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a spacious king-size bed, and another with two comfortable single beds (180x90 cm). The twin bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. With two separate sleeping areas, the apartment offers both privacy and comfort, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups of friends.

The apartment is equipped almost entirely with smart lighting, and several devices are connected through smart plugs. You can adjust the lights to different colors, synchronize them with music, and manage the system easily.
